Stunning spec: Charactered maple body Hand-carved arched top and back Chequered binding (front and back) Maple neck Bound rosewood fingerboard Single-coil toaster top pickups Mono​/​stereo output Condition: For its age, it's in absolutely stunning condition. There are a couple of small lacquer chips at the bottom of the neck, and the top strap button was snapped off at some point and replaced. This left a tiny amount of damage around the strap button (see last two photos). This model was marketed as the flagship of the Rickenbacker range during its short production run—and you can see why. For a Rickenbacker, it really doesn’t get much better than this. An extraordinarily beautiful guitar. Super hard to come by — I’ve never seen one in the flesh before, and probably won’t again.
