This is a stunning Gibson ES-335 Walnut, made in the USA circa 1972​/​73 plus hard case (not Gibson, this is a Hofner case that was supplied with the guitar) Gibson stamped humbuckers, these were only available for one year. In fantastic condition for its age, super low action with a very skinny neck. It plays like a dream, sounds stunning. Check out our video on YouTube with Steve J Curtis. It was bought new from Allens of Great Yarmouth in 1977 (we have a copy of the original receipt) In the very early 80’s it had a blow over finish on the neck and also at this point the machine heads were changed to Grovers. Apart from this everything else is original, no neck breaks or repairs A rare and stunning vintage guitar that will only go up in value.
