Here for sale we have a Schecter Sun Valley Super Shredder 7 III electric guitar in Sky Burst finish. Made in South Korea in 2018, this 7-string guitar features a bolt on neck construction comprising a Mahogany body with a Quilted Maple top, Maple neck and 24 fret Ebony fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Black hardware including a Floyd Rose 1500 Series double-locking tremolo system and Schecter sealed tuning machines. A trio of active pickups are installed, with an EMG Retro Active Single-Coil in the neck and middle positions and a EMG Retro Active Hot 70 Humbucker in the bridge. These are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume, and master tone controls. The Maple neck plays exceptionally well, with the Thin 'C' profile feeling slender and easily manoeuvrable in the hand, perfectly suited to the more technical player. The Satin finish to the rear is pleasant to the touch, and makes for smooth and speedy navigation of the 26.5" scale. The Ebony fingerboard is luxurious under the fingers, and with the 16" radius offers a playing experience that is tailored to the needs of the musician in all registers. The X Jumbo frets provide a rock-solid playing surface whilst also assisting with string bending and vibrato techniques. A trio of EMG Retro Active pickups are installed in this guitar, delivering the high output tones EMG pickups are revered for whilst retaining the feel and dynamic response of vintage passive pickups. The neck humbucker features an alnico V magnet, offering high output tones and incredible versatility which evoke the tones of 70’s rock. The two single-coil pickups are designed to offer an incredibly balanced performance. Each pickup is also equipped with a uniquely voiced plug-in FET preamp, delivering a low-impedance output and removing any unwanted noise, hum, and buzz.
