Gretsch G2420T Streamliner Flagstaff Sunset Hollow Body 2018 Electric Guitar Here for sale we have a Gretsch G2420T Streamliner hollow body electric guitar in Flagstaff Sunset finish. Made in Indonesia in 2018, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Laminated Maple body with centre block, Nato neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Nickel hardware including Adjusto-Matic on Rosewood base, Licensed Bigsby B60 tailpiece and sealed tuning machines. The pickups installed are a pair of Gretsch Broad'Tron humbuckers, which are wired to a 3-way toggle switch, independent volumes, master tone and master volume. The Nato neck plays very well, with the Thin 'U' profile feeling slender in the hand and offering comfortable thumb positioning in all registers, whilst the gloss finish to the rear ensures smooth navigation of the 24.75" scale. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and adds a touch of luxury to the playing experience. The 12" fingerboard radius provides a comfortable balance between easy chord playing and practicality for lead lines and string bending. The G2420T comes equipped with two Broad’Tron pickups situated in the neck and bridge position. These pickups were a new offering from Gretsch specifically designed for the Streamliner collection. The high-output pickups boast improved definition with tighter bass response meaning that the lows, highs and mids are even clearer and punchier than before. You can control the sonic range of this guitar with its traditional control layout which gives you full access to all of the tones available. All aspects of the headstock displays light scratching which is only visible under direct light, this is common with high gloss finishes. Light haziness is present to the front face of the headstock, this can be seen to the top of the bass side and can only be seen under direct light. Neck: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the neck displays light signs of past use, light scratching is visible to the rear of the neck which can only be seen under direct light and can not be felt in the playing position. Body: Overall very good condition. Residue that can be seen as speckles from something being previously sprayed near the guitar can be seen to the bass side shoulder and front face, this has left small marks which we have not be able to be removed. All faces of the body displays light scratching which can only be seen under direct light, this is common with high gloss finishes. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform. All of the metal hardware displays mild tarnishing, this is most noticeable to the pickup covers and the tuning machines. the pick guard displays light scratching which is consistent with regular past use.
