Built in Indonesia in 2016, this bass features an Alder body, Satin finished Maple neck and a 24 Medium Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include an individual four saddle bridge and sealed tuning machines. The pickups featured are a Yamaha Split coil in the middle and a Yamaha Singlecoil in the bridge, these are wired to a master volume, pickup balance and master tone. The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with a profile resembling a ‘D’ filling the hand without being cumbersome, allowing for comfortable reach in all registers and promoting ergonomic thumb positioning. The 10” radius Rosewood fingerboard provides a comfortable playing surface, which allows for different techniques such as slap bass or chordal playing. The Satin finish is fantastic for smooth, quick transitions up and down the neck whilst the double cutaway body design allows the player to have unobstructed access to the entire 24 fret register. The pair of Yamaha pickups produce a modern voicing, which offers a massive reduction in noise, the thick low end is complemented by driving mids and sparkly top end that helps put your playing front and centre in the mix. The edges of the headstock displays very light indentations, most notably to the tip of the front face. Neck: Overall very good condition. The rear of the neck displays light indentations which can be felt behind the 8th and 13th frets. Light discoloration can be seen to the rear face, this is common with regular use on open pore finishes. Body: Overall very good condition. All faces of the body display light indentations which pierce the finish, the most noticeable of these can be seen to the treble side edge. Any other markings to the body are difficult to discern. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
