Made in Indonesia in 2008, this guitar features a bolt-on construction consisting of a Basswood body with a Flamed Maple top, a Canadian Hard Maple neck and 24 Medium Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with a Cort Double Locking II Tremolo bridge, and a set of Black closed-gear tuning machines. This guitar features 2 EMGHz humbucking pickups in the neck and bridge with a singlecoil in the middle position, these are wired to a 5-way pickup selector, Master Volume and Master Tone with Push​/​Pull coil split. The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, the Slim ‘U’ profile is slender, filling the hand nicely for a smooth and articulate playing experience up and down the neck along with the Satin finish. The 16” Radius Rosewood fingerboard has 22 Medium Jumbo frets, assisting with string bends and vibrato techniques, delivering a tailored playing experience in any position, whilst offering a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for quick lead lines. The EMGHz humbuckers produce a hot output, these pickups deliver rich harmonics, cutting highs and snarling mids in spades. The bridge pickup provides a fat and punchy sound, making power chords sound gritty, whilst also providing soaring lead tones with broad tonal dynamics. However, with subtler amp settings the bridge offers a bright, glassy clean tone making harmonics sing with a bell like tonality. The neck pickup offers a smooth, warm, rounded tone that handles distorted tones as well as it handles clean tones. The coil split creates access for even more single coil tones. The tip of the headstock displays mild indentation which do not pierce the finish. A light finish imperfection is present to the 'C' on the logo to the front face. The front face displays light scratching which is visible under direct light. Neck: Overall excellent condition. Any marking to the fingerboard and neck are difficult to discern. Body: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the body displays light scratching which is only visible under direct light. The rear treble side edge demonstrates a mild indentation visible only under direct lighting at certain angles, not piercing the finish. Condition of Frets: The frets show light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any light fret work the new owner may wish to perform. Current Set Up: Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included. Hardware: Overall very good condition. The string retainer screws and intonation adjustment screws display mild oxidation, oxidation is also present to the screws on the string castles. Tremolo arm included.
