Made in Indonesia in 2023, this bass features a bolt-on construction consisting of a Mahogany body, 5-piece Maple​/​Mahogany neck and a 24 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Black Nickel hardware including a top loading bridge with independent saddles and sealed tuning machines. A pair of Yamaha H5 Alnico V humbucking pickups are installed, these are wired to a Master volume, Balance, 3-band Active EQ and a 2-way Active​/​Passive mini-switch. The 5-piece Maple​/​Mahogany neck plays very well, combining a fast, ultra-comfortable profile that provides a slim grip, offering ergonomic thumb positioning and easy reach in all registers. The Satin finish to the rear is pleasant to the touch, and offers a smooth and tactile surface for the thumb to rest. The Rosewood fingerboard offers a smooth playing experience, and with its 10" radius provides a nicely flat & consistent playing surface right the way up the register. The generous double cutaways enhance access to the upper frets, whilst the extended upper horn helps to balance the bass on a strap. The pair of Yamaha H5 Alnico V active humbucking pickups in this bass deliver thick and throaty bass tones, well suited to a wide range of genres. The neck pickup is warm and round, with a robust low end, driving mids and a sparkling treble response that captures the attack of your playing excellently. The bridge pickup is brighter, and helps to push your sound forward in the mix. The 2-way Active​/​Passive mini-switch allows the player to boost their tone for when you want to cut through the mix, providing a powerful bass response and volume boost. The 3-band Active EQ allows the player to have complete control over their tone with easy accessibility.
