Here for sale we have a Bad Cat 335-Style Semi-Hollow Electric guitar in Tobacco sunburst finish. Made in China, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Laminated Maple body, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Nickel​/​Chrome hardware is fitted including a T-O-M style bridge and Stopbar tailpiece, as well as a set of vintage-style sealed tuning machines with 'Tulip' buttons. A pair of covered humbucking pickups are installed, and are wired to a 3-way toggle switch and independent volume and tone controls. The Mahogany neck plays very well, with a profile that might be described as a 'Rounded C' shape which offers comfortable playability and easy reach across the register. The gloss finish to the rear assists with smooth navigation of the 24.75" scale, whilst the double cutaway body design enhances access to the upper frets. The smooth lines of the 335-style body are as comfortable in the arms as ever, and the controls are well set out for adjustment while playing. The pair of covered humbucking pickups installed in this guitar deliver thick and full bodied tones, well suited to a wide range of playing styles and techniques. The neck position is warm and smooth; perfect for lead lines and solos. With the tone rolled down, a nice jazzy tone can also be achieved. The bridge is of course brighter, and cuts through the mix nicely on your rhythm parts and riffs. The semi-hollow construction ensures a wide dynamic range, and with a centre block keeps unwanted feedback easily under control.
