Here for sale we have a Fender Tom Delonge Starcaster semi-hollow electric guitar in Satin Olympic White finish. Made in Indonesia in 2024, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a semi-hollow Maple body with centre block, Roasted Maple neck and 22 medium-jumbo Rosewood fretboard. This guitar is fitted with black hardware including Fender Deluxe Staggered Cast​/​Sealed locking tuning machines and a 6-Saddle Adjustable bridge. This guitar features a Seymour Duncan SH-5 Duncan Custom humbucking pickup, this is wired to a singular master volume with treble bleed. The Roasted Maple neck plays very well, with the ‘Modern C’ Shape neck filling the hand nicely for a comfortable grip when chord playing, whilst remaining slim enough for fast articulate lead lines. The gloss finish of the neck and fingerboard is pleasant in the hand and assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale. The 12" fingerboard radius provides a smooth and durable playing surface which is equally suitable for chordal and melodic playing styles, whilst the medium jumbo frets enhance vibrato and bending techniques. The offset body design with generous double cutaways is comfortable in the arms whilst ensuring unrestricted access to the upper frets. The single Seymour Duncan SH-5 Duncan Custom pickup delivers a high output, with a distorted tone that is perfect for rock and heavier styles. The SH-5 Custom delivers the thickest, deepest low-end response of any passive pickup Seymour Duncan makes. Chords sound almost subsonic with lower tunings, but balance nicely with the crunchy treble, keeping everything well defined. The single volume control makes this guitar nice and simple for the player, making it a great “plug in and play” guitar which is why the Blink-182 Guitar slinger has designed this as his signature.
