Made in Japan, this guitar consists of a Mahogany body with an arched Maple top, a 3-piece Mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Gretsch Adjustamatic Roller bridge, a Gold Bigsby B-3 (V-cutout) tailpiece, Wide-Block Pearloid inlays w​/​ Western Motif, a horseshoe headstock inlay, gold Gretsch tuners, and a set of Gretsch High Sensitive Filter'Tron pickups. The pickups are wired to a master volume, independent volume controls, a master tone, and a three-way pickup selector. The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the Thin ‘U’ profile filling the hand without being overly thick, this offers a balanced and smooth playing experience. The medium jumbo frets and 12" radius provide a robust and smooth playing experience all across the fingerboard, and enhance string bending and vibrato techniques.
