Here for sale we have an Ibanez FRIX6FEAH in Charcoal Stained Flat finish. Crafted in Indonesia in 2016, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Mahogany body with Ash top, 3 Piece Maple​/​Purpleheart neck and 24 fret Ebony fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with black hardware including a Gibraltar Standard II bridge and Gotoh locking tuning machines. The pickups are Active EMG humbuckers, with a 60 in the neck and 81 in the bridge. The Nitro Wizard neck plays very well, offering a nicely thin and flat playing surface that would be well suited to more technical musical styles. The Ebony fingerboard feels luxurious to the touch, whilst the nicely flat 15.75" radius provides a consistent playing experience in all registers. The jumbo frets reduce the amount of pressure needed to fret a note, as well as improving string bending and vibrato feel. The sculpted neck heel and cutaway provide fantastic access to the upper register, meaning you can make use of all 24 frets with ease. Amplified, the active EMG pickups provide a set of tones that are thick and full. The 60 in the neck offers boosted mids, big lows and fat highs, and is perfect for rock and metal lead tones. The 81 in the bridge position is EMG's most popular pickup, providing highly detailed intensity that will help your rhythm tones slice through even the densest of mixes. The addition of the factory-fitted kill switch offers the opportunity for stuttering 'strobe' effects.
