Boasting an impressive speaker selection with both Celestion G12H Creamback, Neo 250 Copperback, G12K-100 and a Eminence DV-77 this amplifier covers all bases that any player could possibly want from a speaker cabinet. Here is what Celestion say about the G12H Creamback; “Back in the late 60s the G12H was created by fixing an ‘H’ type (heavy) magnet to the body of a G12M guitar speaker. Result: a speaker with more power and a different tonal balance: firmer bass and a more pronounced top end. So we added an ‘H’ magnet to the G12M-65 Creamback to create a guitar speaker that delivers the sonic signature of a G12H combined with Creamback levels of power handling. The result is the G12H-75 Creamback. It delivers 75-watts of power handling with ease and has unmistakeable G12H tone with a tighter low end than the G12M-65 Creamback and a punchier more dynamic high end. The H magnet brings additional focus body and girth to the Creamback tone. It thickens single notes resulting in a highly articulate vocal character. These additional characteristics mean that the G12H-75 Creamback offers exceptional performance when used for lead guitar and sounds massive loaded into a 4×12 cab!”. Here is what Celestion say about the Neo 250 Copperback; “Sacrificing none of the delicious musicality of your favourite Celestions the Copperback supplies tons of tone without the signature cone break-up immediately associated with the classic Celestion growl. Rated at a monstrous 250-watts the Copperback works together with your amp to provide unparalleled dynamics delivering all the headroom and touch sensitivity you could possibly need. Not only that, you get all this power and tone weighing in at a modest 5lb (2.3kg). It’s definitely not the “brown sound” but for those wanting more transparency and less mid range vocal intensity the Copperback reveals the best from your amplifier and playing without additional colouration. The speaker’s unique response has a tight low-end, neutral low-mids, a clear open upper-mid definition and well-controlled high treble meaning you can shift from shimmering tubular-bell-like cleans to ‘flute-like’ high gain with simply a tweak of the drive knob.” Here is what Celestion say about the Neo 250 Copperback; “Celestion’s very own monster of rock the G12K- 100 makes full use of the heaviest G12 magnet to combine huge power handling with superb clarity across a wide frequency response. A massive bottom-end rock-hard mid-range and restrained top-end make this the perfect guitar speaker to add thump and grind to modern high-gain tones. Loaded in 4x12s it delivers its famous sledgehammer lows but it also often finds use in small boutique combos bringing a powerful mix of low-end warmth and mid-range attack.” Here is what Eminence say about the DV-77; “Introducing the DV-77 Mick Thomson Signature Speaker. Designed by Mike Smith of OMEGA and Mick Thomson of Slipknot, this speaker represents the future of Mick's signature tone. Assembled in the USA by Eminence, the DV-77 leverages a new custom-designed basket, new voice coil design, new spider design, and a carefully chosen UK made Kurt Mueller cone to deliver exceptional tone and reliability. From the beginning, the focus of this speaker was balance, response, and a very musical tone. Delivering tight punchy lows, thick harmonically complex mid-range & detailed highs without excess fizz. Not a clone or a copy, this speaker was designed in the studio and proven on the stage. With over a year of real-world testing by Mick, the DV-77 Mick Thomson Signature Speaker is the perfect addition to your rig.”
