Made in China in 2008, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Mahogany body with Carved veneer Flamed Maple top, Canadian Maple neck and 22 fret bound Carbonized Jatoba fingerboard. This guitar is equipped with Kluson Style tuning machines and Chrome LS-VBC Bridge, LS-VTC tailpiece. The pickups are a pair of aftermarket Epiphone Probuckers, these are wired to a 3-way toggle switch and independent volume and tone controls. The Canadian Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the ’U’ profile feeling suitably traditional and slim in the hand without being at all cumbersome. This creates a feeling of dependability whilst remaining articulate enough for technical playing. The traditional 12" fingerboard radius strikes the perfect balance between comfortable chord playing and smooth lead lines, whilst the Kluson Style tuning machines ensure that tuning stability is rock solid. The pair of Epiphone Probuckers in this guitar offer warm and rich tones, with the neck position providing thick and creamy tones that saturate beautifully into full-bodied distortion as you crank the gain. The bridge position is as bright and biting as you could ever need, helping you to cut through any mix with your rock rhythm tones. All aspects of the headstock display light scratching which can be seen under direct light, this is common with high gloss finishes. Neck: Overall very good condition. Light marking is present to the early register of the fingerboard, this can not be felt in the playing position. this is common with regular past use. Body: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the body display light scratching which can be seen under direct light, this is common with high gloss finishes. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
