It was the first time Victory had entered four-EL84 territory for evocative, British-inspired, chiming pop and rock tones. The Heritage Series Deluxe combo just had to follow with a wide body combo in a 1x12 format. Celestion G12 Alnico Gold Speaker 35 watts in full power is great for punch and headroom; 12 watts low power gives less volume, more compression and a different harmonic and dynamic response, albeit still loud enough for gigs!
