Here for sale we have a PRS CE24 Limited Editio in Satin Faded Grey Blueburst Finish. Built 2016, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Mahogany body with shallow carved maple top, Maple neck and 24 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Nickel hardware including a PRS Patented Tremolo and PRS Designed Tuners. The pickups installed are a pair of 85​/​15 in the neck and bridge. These are wired to a 3-way toggle switch, master volume and master tone with push​/​pull control. The Maple neck plays very well, with the ‘Wide Thin’ profile feeling comfortable in the hand and Satin finish to the rear allowing for fluid and responsive movement up and down the neck. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and with its 10” radius offers a nice balance between vintage feel and practicality for string bending. The Medium Jumbo frets provide a rock-solid playing experience whilst also enhancing string bending and vibrato techniques. The double cutaway body design provides unobstructed access to the higher frets whilst the generous body carves provide comfort in both seating and standing positions. The pair of PRS 85​/​15 pickups installed in this instrument deliver remarkable clarity, perfect for modern tones. A detailed low end is complemented well by a smooth midrange, whilst the high frequencies are bright and shimmering. Further versatility is granted via the push​/​pull coil split, offering gorgeous sparkling single coil tones. Neck: Overall excellent condition. There are light scratches and indentations to the rear of the neck, consistent with a satin finish,. Body: Overall very good condition. All faces of the guitar demonstrate signs of use consistent with a used instrument with a satin nitro finish. The front face of the guitar displays some light scratching towards the bottom, with some slight chipping the binding on the treble side edge. The sides demonstrate chipping to the finish and indentations across the entirety of the instrument. The rear face demonstrates indentations consistent with buckle wear along with some chipping to the finish. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use which do not effect playability. There is substantial material remaining for any future fret work the new owner may wish to perfrom.
