CSL Deluxe Gold Top 1976 Electric Guitar
This guitar is a commission sale - if you have a high end guitar you are interested in selling, please contact us via our easy to find website - search: Sell Us Your Guitar. Here for sale we have a CSL Deluxe Electric Guitar in Gold Top finish. Made in Japan in 2976, this bolt-on constructed 'LP'-style guitar consists of a Mahogany body with a Maple top, a 3-piece Mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Tune-o-matic bridge, aftermarket Gibson tuners, and a set of Maxon Mini Humbucking pickups. These pickups are wired to traditional Les Paul controls. The CSL Deluxe is one of the elusive Lawsuit Era guitars from back in the 1970s. Built in the renowned FujiGen Gakki factory in Matsumoto, Japan, this guitar faithfully pays homage to the iconic American model that is based on with quality Japanese craftsmanship shining through in every way. The 3-piece Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with a profile feeling resembling a ‘C’, feeling slender, providing a smooth and articulate playing experience. The Rosewood fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth playing surface for the user to explore, along with the 12” radius and Narrow frets making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. The familiar lines of the body feel great in the arms, whilst the single cutaway body design provides great access to the higher frets. The Maxon Mini humbucker in the neck position sounds thick and full, with a rich low end great for rhythm tonalities. The middle position provides a punchy, tight midrange great for chordal styles of playing whilst being able to cut through a mix. The Maxon Mini humbucker in the bridge position produces a clear and articulate top end, balancing very well with a punchy output, providing a great feel and clarity, allowing the player to achieve a wide variety of tones all at the fingertips.
