Here for sale we have a Eastwood Joey Leone Superfast signature Electric Guitar in black finish. Made in Korea in 2012, this guitar features a Laminated Maple back and sides along with a Maple neck with 22 fret Ebony fingerboard. The hardware features consists of a trapeze tailpiece and a set of sealed tuning machines. The pickups featured are a pair of Eastwood humbucker pickups, wired to two pickup selectors with coil splits, master tone and master volume. The Maple neck sits comfortably in hand, with the Thin "C" profile feeling full in the hand yet quick, providing a comfortable and ergonomic playing surface. The Gloss finish to the rear of the neck provides effortless navigation up and down the neck, whilst the 16" radius Ebony fingerboard provides a nicely flat and consistent playing experience right the way up the register. The cutaway body design provides great access to the higher frets, great for those fast lead lines. The semi-hollow construction provides a responsive and resonant tone, this provides a unpronounced yet well defined low end that is complimented by a warm midrange and detailed high frequencies, this coupled with the Eastwood humbucker pickups provide a thick, warm voicing, with distinct top-end that is articulate and well-defined. The individual volume controls mean that you can blend the pickups to your preference in the middle position, providing complete tone-shaping flexibility. All aspects of the headstock display light scratching which are only visible under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. Neck: Overall very good condition. A light indentation is present to the 12th fret on the fingerboard, this can not be felt under the fingers in the playing position. Mild scratching is present to the back of the neck behind the 15th fret, these can be seen under direct light and can not be felt in the playing position. Body: Overall excellent condition. A light indentations is present to the rear face lower bout bass side. All aspects of the body display light scratching which are only visible under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform. The 13th fret display light fret lifting to the bass side, this has been tested and demonstrate not structural concerns and does not affect playability. Current Set Up: Truss Rod: Fully functional & adjustable. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included. Hardware: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the hardware display light signs of past use.
