Here for sale we have a Fender Standard Telecaster in Butterscotch Blonde finish. Made in Mexico in 2017, this bolt-on neck guitar features an Alder body and 21 fret Maple neck with matching fingerboard. Other appointments include Fender locking tuners, and a Wilkinson ashtray bridge with brass saddles. The pickups featured in this instrument are two Standard Single-Coil Tele pickups. These are wired to a 3-way toggle switch, master volume and master tone controls. The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the 'Modern C' profile feeling fast and smooth, whilst the Satin finish to the rear offers effortless transitions into any position. The lacquered Maple fingerboard provides a luxurious and durable playing surface, and with its 9.5" radius offers a perfect marriage between comfortable playability and modern practicality. The single cut-away design provides the player with uninhibited access to the upper register. The Standard Single-Coil Tele Single-Coil pickups provide the classic Telecaster tones that have been a staple of modern music for decades. There is plenty of roundness and warmth in the neck, with this particular example having plenty of trebly 'Tele Twang' in the bridge. Clean sounds are glassy and shimmering, whilst driving the amp offers some searing crunch tones. The familiar Telecaster control layout offers comprehensive control of your sound right on the guitar. All other aspects of the headstock display light signs of past use. Neck: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use. Body: Overall very good condition. A moderate indentation is present to the treble horn edge, this has cracked the finish and exposes the wood. Another milder indentation is present to the treble side rear face where this can be seen under direct light, this has not broken the finish. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is moderate material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform. Current Set Up: Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (3​/​16" hex) not included. Hardware: Overall excellent condition.
