Here for sale we have a Fender FSR Telecaster Deluxe Electric Guitar in Sea Foam Pearl finish. Made in Mexico in 2011, this bolt-on constructed guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include a 6-Saddle American Vintage Strings-Through-Body Strat Hardtail bridge, Standard Sealed tuners, and a set of Fender Wide Range Humbucking pickups. These pickups are wired to two volume controls, two tone controls, and a three-way pickup selector. The Maple neck plays very well, with Fender's Modern 'C' profile filling the hand nicely for a substantial grip when chord playing, yet remaining slim enough for fast articulate playing. The Maple fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface, and with its 9.5” radius is well suited to lead lines and string bending. This paired with the Medium Jumbo frets ensures a playing experience which is perfect for the more technical player. The Gloss finish makes it very tactile and pleasing under the thumb and ensures that navigation of the 25.5" scale length is an absolute breeze. The Wide-Range humbuckers sound thick and full, with a solid low end, a tight and punchy midrange, along with classic Fender treble. The pickups cut through nicely, putting your playing front and centre in even the densest of mixes. The controls feel responsive, offering a wide range of sounds. Overall offering more power than is usual for Fender without entirely losing the signature character. A mild indentation is present to the tip of the headstock, this has partially pierced the lacquer finish. All other aspects of the headstock display light signs of past use. Neck: Overall very condition. Light scratching is present to the fingerboard across the register, these can be seen under direct light and can not be felt in the playing position. All other aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use. Body: Overall very good condition. Light to mild indentations are present to both the lower bout front face and bass side edges, these have pierced the lacquer finish but do not expose the wood beneath. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. Light denting and flattening of the frets is apparent throughout the register. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform. Current Set Up: Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (3​/​16" hex) not included.
