Designed in the UK by Dept. 10 - Blackstar's R&D team, this amplifier is designed to turn any pedal board, modeller or multi-FX unit into a gig or studio ready amp. Its compact chassis design ensures that it will fit quite easily onto your existing pedalboard, or be slipped inside your gig bag for a compact live set up. A multitude of connectivity options are included, with 8 & 16 ohm 1​/​4" speaker outputs, FX loop, XLR output for DI, two 9V centre negative pedal power supply ports and even a USB C port for direct connection to your recording software, you would be hard pressed to find a musical situation that this pedal amplifier can't handle. Power modes are switchable, with 1W, 20W & 100W options easily selectable on the front panel, meaning that while connected to a cab you can tailor the power level of the amp to suit the room or venue. A footswitchable reverb is included, as well as 3 distinct preamp voices; USA, UK & Flat - similar to the ISF setting that Blackstar is well known for. The Response control selects the type of power valve that is emulated, with 5 different valve options and a 'Linear' response which is designed to be paired with the 'Flat' preamp mode for use with an external amp modeller.
