Here for sale we have a Burny Fernandes Super Grade RLG-55JP in Transparent Black finish. Made in China in 2020, this guitar is based off of Joe Perry of Aerosmith first signature guitar by a well known brand. Featuring a set-neck construction comprising a Mahogany body with Flamed Maple top, Mahogany neck and a 22 Medium Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is equipped with Black hardware including a Tune-O-Matic bridge, StopBar tailpiece along with a set of Grover tuning machines. The Pickups are a pair of Burny VP-200 humbuckers, wired to the standard Les Paul control layout. The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with a profile resembling a 50s Rounded shape feeling chunky in the hand whilst also providing a smooth and articulate playing experience. The Rosewood fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth playing surface for the user to explore, along with the 12” radius and Medium Jumbo frets making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. The familiar lines of the body feel great in the arms. The Burny VP-200 humbucker in the neck position sounds thick and full, with a rich low end great for rhythm tonalities. The middle position provides a punchy, tight midrange great for chordal styles of playing whilst being able to cut through a mix. The Burny VP-200 humbucker in the bridge position produces a clear and articulate top end, balancing very well with a punchy output, providing a great feel and clarity, allowing the player to achieve a wide variety of tones all at the fingertips.
