Made in Korea in 2013, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Mahogany body with a Flamed Maple veneer, Maple neck and 22 Extra Jumbo fret Ebony fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with a Wilkinson WVPCR tremolo bridge and a set of Grover sealed tuning machines. The pickups in this guitar are in a HSS configuration, with a Chapman Humbucker in the bridge and 2 Chapman Single-Coils in the neck and middle positions. These are wired to a 3-way selector, Master volume and master tone controls. The ‘D’ profile Maple sits comfortably in the hand, offering a smooth and comfortable playing surface, providing ergonomic thumb positioning up and down the neck. The Jumbo frets and 16” radius provides maximum hand comfort in the chording area, while allowing greater speed and cleaner string bending as the player moves up the neck, great for more technically demanding playing styles. The double cutaway body contours allow unobstructed access to the higher register and provide comfort when playing in a seated position. Amplified, this guitar has a thick low end grunt and sculpted mid range thanks to the Chapman designed pickups installed. The Chapman Guitarnivore humbucker bridge pickup delivers powerful but balanced rock and metal tones with rich upper-midrange harmonic content. The low strings are tight and the high strings scream with harmonics, making it a go-to pickup for hard-hitting crunch rhythms and blazing lead tones. The Chapman Extreme Victory Single-Coils in the neck and middle positions offer all the soloing clarity you could wish for, with sweet sustain and a warm, full sound that still possesses a clear attack providing a hot output delivering smooth, fluid solo tones under gain, while still being capable of bell-like clean tones, whilst the push​/​pull coil split feature adds extra versatility for the player to explore. Luthier Report Our ID: 1210525101532 Weight: 9.45lbs Serial Number: W130166ML-1 Aesthetic Condition: Headstock: Overall very good condition, the top edges demonstrate some scuffing and indentation which pierce the finish in places. Further chipping and indentation can be identified to the perimeter of the headstock, most notably to the bass side front edge. Neck: Overall very good condition, the rear of the neck demonstrates consistent light to moderate indentation throughout the register which can be felt under the thumb in playing position. Body: Overall very good condition, the front face demonstrates moderate scratching to the lower bass side bout which causes a slight hazing of the finish. Further lighter scratching is apparent throughout the front face, visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. The rear face demonstrates light buckle rash. There is a spot of finish damage​/​discoloration to the bass side lower bout front edge. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate minimal signs of use. There is considerable material remaining.
