Here for sale we have a Chapman ML-1 Cap10 in Gloss White finish. Made in Korea in 2013, this instrument features a bolt-on construction comprising a Mahogany body, Maple neck and 22 Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Chrome hardware including a Wilkinson Tremolo bridge and a set of Grover tuning machines. The trio of Seymour Duncan pickups are installed in an HSH configuration, with a Seymour Duncan Jazz humbucker in the neck, a Seymour Duncan SSL-1 Vintage Staggered Strat in the middle and a Seymour Duncan JB humbucker in the bridge. These are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume and master tone control. The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the 'C' profile allowing for easy fretting in any register and providing ergonomic thumb positioning up and down the neck. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck assists with smooth and speedy navigation of the 25.5" scale length. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant to the touch, and with its 13.78” radius makes bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. Certainly, the fingerboard offers a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for quick lead lines. The Jumbo frets enhance vibrato techniques at speed whilst also providing a rock-solid and smooth playing experience. The trio of Seymour Duncan pickups are installed in an HSH configuration, which when paired with the 5-way switch offers the best of both humbucking and single-coil sounds. The pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions deliver thick and full bodied tones, perfect for the Strat player who wants a bit more grunt to their tone. The neck is round and smooth for solo and lead sounds, whilst the bridge is hotter and brighter for rock riffing and rhythm parts. The Seymour Duncan SSL-1 Vintage Staggered Strat single coil pickup in the middle position is nice and punchy, well suited to funky chords or a subtler tone than the humbuckers. The 5-way switching allows you to blend the pickups together for a multitude of sounds.
