Made in Mexico in 2019, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder body with Quilt Maple top, Caramelized Maple neck and 24 fret Caramelized Maple fingerboard. This guitar is equipped with a Gotoh Custom 510 Tremolo, as well as Charvel-Branded Die-Cast Locking tuning machines. This guitar features a Seymour Duncan Full Shred TB-10 in the bridge and Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro APH-1N in the neck. The Caramelized Maple neck plays beautifully, with the Speed Neck profile promoting ergonomic thumb positioning and providing a suitably vintage-inspired playing experience. The 12”-16” Compound Radius provides an even and balanced feel across the strings, particularly in drop tunings. The double cutaway body design allows for unobstructed access to the higher register, whilst generous body contours provide comfort when playing in a seated position. The pair of Seymour Duncan pickups sound huge, producing super beefy tones projecting a deep bass and punchy mids well. The Seymour Duncan APH-1N in the neck pickup delivers a thick, rounded sound that adds an in depth warmth and clarity to each note whilst the Seymour Duncan TB-10 bridge pickup provides a high mids focused tone that cuts through the mix well while it retains a thick humbucking sound. The sonic range of the guitar is perfect for hard rock and metal and the simplistic layout provides a great ‘plug in and go’ instrument. Discoloration is present to the rear of the headstock, this is from where stickers used to be. All other aspects of the headstock display light signs of past use. Neck: Overall very good condition. Both the rear of the neck and fingerboard display moderate discoloration across the register, this is common with unfinished Maple and regular past use. Body: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the body display light scratching which can only be seen under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
