Made in Indonesia In 2022, this bass features a bolt-on construction comprising a Mahogany body, Maple & Panga Panga 5-ply Laminated neck and 24 Roasted Maple fingerboard. This bass is fitted with Black hardware including a MetalCraft M5 bridge and HipShot Ultralite tuning machines. A Bartolini MK-1 Pickup Set is fitted, these are wired to a Bartolini MK-1 Preamp with controls for volume, pickup blend, 3-band EQ and 1-Mini Toggle switch. The Maple & Panga Panga 5-ply Laminated neck plays very well, with the ‘C’ profile feeling nicely slim and manageable in the hand, perfect for speedy, articulate playing along the 34" scale length. The Satin finish to the rear is pleasant to the touch and assists with smooth navigation of the 24 fret register, whilst the double cutaway body design and sculpted heel ensure uninhibited access to the upper frets. The fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface, whilst the 15.75” radius works in conjunction with the Extra Jumbo frets to deliver a rock solid playing experience in all registers. TheBartolini Pickup set installed in this guitar delivers a punchy, heavy low-end tone that makes a real impact in the mix. The pickups sound chunky and emphasises the bass and lower-midrange, perfect for round and smooth tones. The active preamp offers comprehensive control of your tone in a simple package. Our ID: 114042592860 Weight: 7.8lbs Serial: IE220602777 Aesthetic Condition: Headstock: Overall excellent condition. Light scuff marks are present to the top edge of the headstock. Any other markings are difficult to discern. Neck: Overall very good condition. A small chip and glue residue is present to the treble side of the nut which is not structural, this can be felt under the fingers. Light scratching is present to the rear of the neck across the register, these can only be seen under direct light at close scrutiny. Body: Overall very good condition. Moderate wear marks that has worn away the finish can be seen to both the front and rear face of the body, this is consistent with regular past use on a satin finish. Any other markings are difficult to discern. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform. Current Set Up: Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm Hex) not included.
