Made in Indonesia in 2020, this guitar features a bolt-on construction consisting of an American Basswood body with a Flamed Maple top, a Maple neck and 24 Jumbo fret Maple fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with a Floyd Rose Special Double Locking tremolo bridge, and a set of Black closed-gear tuning machines. This guitar features two EMG RetroActive Hot 70 humbuckers in the neck and bridge, these are wired to a 3-way pickup selector, master volume and master tone control. The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, the Slim ‘U’ profile is slender, filling the hand nicely for a smooth and articulate playing experience up and down the neck along with the Satin finish. The Maple fingerboard and 24 Jumbo frets assist with string bends and vibrato techniques, delivering a tailored playing experience in any position, whilst offering a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for quick lead lines. The EMG RetroActive Hot 70 humbuckers produce a hot output, these pickups deliver rich harmonics, cutting highs and snarling mids in spades. The bridge pickup provides a fat and punchy sound, making power chords sound gritty, whilst also providing soaring lead tones with broad tonal dynamics. However, with subtler amp settings the bridge offers a bright, glassy clean tone making harmonics sing with a bell like tonality. The neck pickup offers a smooth, warm, rounded tone that handles distorted tones as well as it handles clean tones. Light discoloration is present to the bass side of the neck near the nut, this is common with past use on open pore finishes. Neck: Overall excellent condition. The fingerboard displays very light discoloration across the register, this is common with past use on open pore finishes. Very light scratching is present to the rear of the neck across the register, this can only be seen under close scrutiny. Body: Overall excellent condition. Light scratching is present to all aspects of the body, the most apparent of these can be seen to the treble side edge lower bout. These can only be seen under direct as is common with high loss finishes. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability.
