These pickups are wired to a Master Volume (S-1 Active​/​Passive Switch), Pan Pot, Stacked Concentric Midrange Boost​/​Cut + Passive Tone Control, Stacked Concentric Treble Boost​/​Cut + Bass Boost​/​Cut, and a Mini-Toggle Midrange Frequency Selector. The Ultra Satin Urethane finish Modern 'D' profile neck plays exceptionally well, feeling smooth and fluid in the hand and giving superb support for the thumb. The compound fingerboard radius balances traditional and modern playing feels, being rounder in the lower register and flattening out as you move up the register, for a quick and easy feel, great for faster lines. The Ultra II Noiseless Vintage Jazz Bass pickups have a well rounded tone, with a solid and commanding low end, a tight and punchy midrange, along with clear and cutting highs.
