Here is a very cool vintage Japanese Fender 1962 Reissue FujiGen built Precision Bass in classic Three Tone Sunburst (PB62-70). This one is an absolute beast. It’s a very old ’62 RI from 1991 & has the 1991 build date pencilled under the clearcoat on the neck heel. These old FujiGen built P-basses are incredibly sought-after for good reason. It feels very comfortable to play. Great sounding pups. Neck straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life in the frets. Weight is 3.8kg. Also complete with its deep red vintage FujiGen scratchplate and Fender stamped neck plate. All the metal hardware has a dull patina. There are bumps & scuffs and a couple little paint nicks - all age appropriate. The strap pins have been replaced and it has vintage Japanese Greco tuners.
