Made in the USA in 2018, this guitar consists of an Ash body, a Maple neck, and a Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include a 6-Saddle String-Through-Body Hardtail bridge with Block Saddles, Die Cast Sealed Locking tuners, a Shawbucker pickup in the bridge, and two Pure Vintage '64 Gray-Bottom Single-Coil Tele pickups in the neck and middle. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone (s-1 switch), and a 5-way pickup selector. The neck plays fantastically well. The Compound Modern 'C' to 'D' profile fills the hand and offers a comfortable chord playing in the lower register, moving smoothly towards a flatter profile as you climb the neck. This works in conjunction with the 9.5" - 14" compound radius to ensure that the playing experience is tailored to the needs of the player in all registers. The sculpted neck heel provides uninhibited access to the upper frets, whilst the use of Medium Jumbo fret wire ensures a rock-solid feel and enhanced string bending and vibrato techniques. Fender has really pulled out all the stops when it comes to sonic options on this guitar. The HSS pickup configuration provides the best of humbucking and single-coil tones. The Shawbucker in the bridge position delivers plenty of output for driving the amp into a full-bodied and rich distortion, whilst the Pure Vintage '64 Gray-Bottom Single-Coil Tele pickups offer refined Strat and Tele sounds in the neck and middle. Neck: Overall excellent condition, a chip to the finish is apparent at the end of the fingerboard next to the truss rod cavity, revealing the wood beneath. Body: Overall very good condition, the front face demonstrates several light indentations and very small chips across the lower bout. Some of the indentations pierce the finish slightly. The edges, sides and rear face demonstrate infrequent light indentation and scratching visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work. Current Set Up: Truss Rod: Fully functional.
