Made in the USA in 205, this guitar consists of a Solid Adirondack Red Spruce top, Solid Honduran Mahogany back and sides, a Mahogany neck, and a 20-fret Indian Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Cream Button 3-in-line Tuners, a Bone nut, a Rosewood Belly-Up bridge, and Mother of Pearl Dot inlays. With other touches such as a soft-V neck profile, and Teardrop Tortoise pickguard providing an accurate representation of what these guitars would have felt like in the hands of country artists back in the 1940s and 50s. The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the Traditional ‘V’ profile providing ergonomic thumb positioning in all registers allowing for easy navigation up and down the neck. The Rosewood fretboard feels pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth surface for the user to explore, along with the 12” radius making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. The dreadnought design fills the arms, providing a dynamic and responsive playing experience, making the user feel the resonance that this guitar produces. This guitar has a well-balanced and dynamic tone, producing a warm and rich sound, with a strong and clear midrange. The Solid Adirondack Red Spruce top and scalloped bracing contribute to the guitar's excellent projection and sustain, producing a bright and crisp high end that is well-articulated, whilst the Solid Honduran Mahogany back and sides offer a warm and deep low end that make chords hum and chime. The front face demonstrates consistent very light scratching visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. Some wear to the bottom corners of the headstock is apparent, revealing the wood beneath. Neck: Overall very good condition, the rear of the neck demonstrates some light scratching and very light indentations which are difficult to discern beneath the thumb and are visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. It is difficult to discern any markings on the fingerboard. Body: Overall very good condition, all aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching and indentation visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. This is most concentrated to the front face lower bout and the center of the rear face. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, with some light indentation in the early register quickly improving as you climb the register. This does not affect playability.
