Absolutely gorgeous Gibson Les Paul Standard Iced Tea Burst from 2016. A superb top on this one which we had hand-selected and imported from the USA. Lots of tigersh flame and maple grain. Gibson could have quite happily used these 2 slabs of maple for a ’59 custom shop historic (R9). It is a very easy guitar to play with a resonant body and nice easy action. It also has a perfect feeling thinner '60’s profile neck and it's a good weight too at 3.9kg. I've tried to catch the flame on it as best I can but it really is nice and is what initially drew me to this guitar, it is striking under any light. Complete with pickguard which has never been fitted so no holes. It's in excellent condition with no big notable blemishes, just light playwear. No big dings, paint chips or buckle rash patches etc. There are absolutely no breaks or repairs. The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine, and we can see no visible fret wear. I’d say it’s as clean as any 2016 we’ve had, and has a much better top than most we’ve ever seen. Comes complete with original tan Gibson HSC, which is in also in great condition.
