Made in the USA in 2005, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Mahogany body with AA Figured Maple top, Mahogany neck and 22 Medium Jumbo fret bound Rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is equipped with Nickel hardware including a set of Gibson Deluxe tuning machines, Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece. The pickups are a pair of Gibson BurstBuckers humbuckers which are wired to a 3-way toggle switch and independent volume and tone controls. The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the 50’s fat profile filling the hand without being overly thick, this offers a balanced and smooth playing experience. This creates a feeling of dependability whilst remaining articulate enough for technical playing. The traditional 12" fingerboard radius strikes the perfect balance between comfortable chord playing and smooth lead lines, making for a truly authentic yet refined Les Paul playing experience, whilst the Medium Jumbo frets provide a rock-solid playing surface whilst also assisting with string bending and vibrato techniques. The pair of Gibson BurstBuckers installed in this guitar offer warm and rich tones, exactly as you would expect from a Les Paul. All aspects of the headstock display light to mild scratching which can be seen under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. This is most notable surrounding the low E machine head. Overall very good condition. Light haziness of the finish can be seen to the rear of the neck, this is common with nitrocellulose. The rear of the neck displays light scratching which can be seen under direct light. Light indentations can be seen to the fingerboard across the register, this is most noticeable to the bass side of the 1st fret. Overall very good condition. Moderate nitro burn is present to the rear face lower bout edge, this is from the nitro finish reaching to something in the past. All aspects of the body display light to mild scratching which can be seen under direct light, the most noticeable of these can be seen to the center of the rear face. Light haziness of the finish can be seen to all aspects of the body, this is common with nitrocellulose Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate very light signs of use.
