Made in Indonesia this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Basswood body, a Maple neck and 21 Medium Jumbo fret Maple fingerboard. Chrome hardware is featured including a Leo Fender Designed G&L Saddle Lock bridge and Traditional Open-Back tuning machines. A pair of G&L MFD ('Magnetic Field Design') humbuckers are installed, and are wired to a Master volume, G&L M-spec 18V preamp, pan and a 3-band boost​/​cut The Maple neck plays very well, with the Medium 'C' profile sitting very comfortably in the hand and providing a smooth and responsive playing experience in all registers. This is enhanced by the Satin finish to the rear which assists with smooth navigation of the 34" scale. The 12" fingerboard radius is highly practical and provides a nicely flat and consistent playing surface right the way up the register. The Medium Jumbo frets offer improved sustain whilst reducing the amount of pressure required to play a note, which results in a speedy and articulate playing experience across the register. The pair of G&L MFD humbuckers installed in this guitar deliver thick and full bass tones as soon as you plug in. A deep and powerful low end is complemented well by a punchy midrange and clear, open treble response. The pickups offer a solid platform for a wide variety of tones, responding well to effects and overdrive pedals. The extensive controls offered ensure that this bass is always ready for wherever the gig takes you. There are a versatile array of tones available right on the bass, meaning that you can tailor your sound to the musical situation you find yourself in. Our ID: 128032589201 Weight: 8.45lbs Serial: N​/​A Aesthetic Condition: Headstock: Overall very good condition. A previous owner has attempted a respray to the sides and rear of the headstock, with this a small patch has peeled away to the tip of the headstock. Neck: Overall excellent condition. The rear of the neck displays light discolouration, this is common with regular past use on satin finishes. Any markings to the fingerboard are difficult to discern. Body: Overall very good condition. Light to mild scratching is present to all aspects of the body, this is most noticeable near to the neck screws on rear face and to the treble side of the front face, these can be seen under direct light as is common with high gloss finishes. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use with some flattening of the crowns in the early register not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work. Current Set Up: Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (3​/​16" hex) not included. Hardware: Overall excellent condition.
