Made in China in 2022, this all-solid constructed instrument consists of a solid Sitka Spruce top, solid Mahogany back and sides, an African Mahogany neck, and a 20-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Guild Vintage 18 Open Gear Tuners, a Bone nut, a Rosewood bridge, and scalloped Sitka Spruce bracing. The Mahogany neck feels like a comfortable ‘C’ shape and fits very well in the hand and offers excellent playability up and down the neck. The classic gloss finish feels tactile under the thumb, adding a touch of nostalgia while the Rosewood fretboard provides a smooth playing surface. The Spruce​/​Mahogany body is a tried and tested winning formula for well-balanced, dynamic tone. A combination of solid Sitka Spruce and solid African Mahogany are paired together to create the body of this instrument.
