Made in Indonesia in 2023, this neck-thru constructed electric guitar consists of a Poplar body, a 1-piece Maple neck, and a 24-fret Laurel Fingerboard. Other appointments include Jackson Sealed Die-cast tuners, a Staggered Individual Saddle bridge, a Multi-scale neck, and a set of EMG 909 Bass​/​Treble active humbucking pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, and a three-way pickup selector. The 1-piece Maple neck plays well, with the ‘Soloist' neck profile feeling slim and ergonomic in the hand, allowing for great thumb placement all across the neck, whilst the Laurel fingerboard and jumbo frets provide a robust playing experience that feels rock solid under the fingers, whilst enhancing string bending and vibrato techniques. The 12"-16" compound radius ensures that the playing experience is tailored to the needs of the player in all registers. Jumbo frets increase sustain whilst enhancing the feel of vibrato and string bending techniques, providing an even and balanced feel across the strings, particularly in drop tunings. The double cutaway body design provides unobstructed access to the upper register, making solo lines a breeze. The X Series Soloist Arch Top SLAT8 comes equipped with an EMG 909 Bass​/​Treble set of pickups. This pair of active humbuckers provide a surprisingly diverse range of tones. Clean sounds are rich and warm in the neck position, and as you would expect, these pickups can handle a serious amount of gain. Crushing tones in the bridge position remain tight and focussed, ensuring that your fast, low riffing retains definition. All aspects of the headstock display light scratching which can only be seen under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. Neck: Overall very good condition. Light scratching can be seen at the 2nd fret to the rear of the neck, these can slightly be felt in the playing position. All other aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use. Body: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the body display light scratching which can be seen under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. The most noticeable of these can be seen on the front face treble side of the pickups, consistent with light to regular past use. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any future work the new owner may wish to perform.
