Here for sale we have a Manson Guitar Works MA-25 EVO in 25th Anniversary Holosparkle finish. Made in the United Kingdom in 2017, this guitar features a bolt-on neck construction comprising an Alder body, a Maple neck and a sleek looking 22 Jumbo fret Ebony fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Chrome hardware including a Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stopbar tailpiece along with a set of Gotoh H.A.P tuning machines. The pickups in this guitar are installed in an HS configuration, with a Manson Pyschopaf PF-1 humbucker in the bridge and Manson Psychopaf Dismissal single-coil in the neck. These are wired to a 3-Way Toggle Switch, Master Volume, Master Tone and a 3-way kill switch. The Manson Guitar Works MA-25 Anniversary Edition takes all the award winning and critically acclaimed features of the original MA series and then supercharges the specification for their 2017 Anniversary celebrations. The comfortable and versatile neck shape; the ergonomic contoured body; proven durability and design; these items all remain as before. The Maple neck plays well, with the Soft ‘V’ profile feeling very comfortable in the hand and offering a smooth playing surface that will appeal to a wide range of players. The Open-pore Satin finish to the rear assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale whilst providing a smooth and tactile playing surface. The Ebony fingerboard is smooth and luxurious to the touch, and with its 12" radius provides a perfect balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for string bending. The single-cutaway body design allows great access to the upper frets, meaning you can make full use of all 22 frets, whilst the body contours provide an extremely comfortable guitar in both seated and standing positions. The pickups in this guitar provide a versatile range of tones, suitable for many different styles and techniques. With clean tones the pickups offer rich, shimmering sounds, with the clarity of the neck pickup being particularly striking. Driving the amp offers a nice bit of crunch in the neck position whilst the Manson Pyschopaf PF-1 bridge humbucker can handle more gain for a real snarling, dirty tone. The addition of the coil split on the bridge means that you can balance the pickups a bit more evenly for a smoother tone. The master volume and tone controls feel nicely responsive to small changes, allowing you to maintain the perfect tone for any musical situation, whilst the killswitch is perfect for chopping up notes, licks and riffs to create that legendary stutter effect, the 3-way kill switch has been placed in just the right place for all of your flashy guitar playing gymnastics.
