Here for sale we have an Ozark 12-String Acoustic Guitar in Natural Gloss finish. Made in China, this set-neck construction guitar consists of a solid Cedar top, Taiwanese Koa back and sides, a Mahogany neck, and a 20-fret Ovangkol fingerboard. Other appointments include Grover machine heads, and an Ovangkol bridge. The Mahogany neck plays very well, with a profile which might be described as a moderately-sized 'C' shape. Certainly on the slimmer side for a 12 string, the neck feels easily manageable across the register, facilitating easy reach and comfortable playability in any fingerboard position. The nut width at 1.953" is only slightly wider than what you'd typically expect on a 6 string, meaning that the playing experience is ideal for those who are new to 12 string playing. The acoustic tone of the Ozark 12-String is beautifully resonant, with plenty of body & depth. The Grand Auditorium body is renowned for its response and ample dynamic range, and this works especially well for a 12 string. The Koa of the back and sides adds warmth and character to the sound, whilst the Solid Cedar top projects incredibly well, feeling nicely responsive to your right hand. The front face displays very light scratching which can be viewed under direct light, this is common with high gloss finishes. All other aspects display light signs of past use. Neck: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use. Body: Overall excellent condition. The front face displays two small indentations to the treble side shoulder, one of these has slightly pierced the gloss finish. Very light scratching is present to all aspects of the body which can be viewed under direct light, this is common with high gloss finishes. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
