Made in Korea, this guitar features a Solid Mahogany top, Mahogany back and sides, a 20-fret Rosewood fingerboard, a Mahogany neck, PRS SE tuners, a single-cutaway body design and an undersaddle pickup connected to a soundhole-mounted volume and tone control. The gloss finish neck plays very well, giving you a slightly chunkier than average profile without being cumbersome, overall making for very comfortable and fluid hand positioning. The single cutaway gives great access to the upper register and Angelus body style feels full, much like that of a grand concert, without being as enormous as a dreadnought. The tone of the A10E is clear and punchy with sweet lows, an open midrange, along with clear, transparent highs. The solid Mahogany top really helps the guitar to resonate well, making for an excellent choice of guitar whether playing acoustic or amplified, easily cutting through any mix with plenty of dynamic range and sensitivity. The undersaddle pickup and preamp system translates the tone of the Angelus simply and effectively with intuitive and discreet soundhole mounted controls for volume and tone.
