Here for sale we have a Schecter C-1 FR SLS Elite electric guitar in Antique Fade Burst finish. Made in South Korea in 2017, this guitar features a thru-neck construction comprising a Swamp Ash body with a Carved Flamed Maple top, Multi-Ply Maple​/​Walnut​/​Padauk neck and 24 fret Ebony fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Black hardware including a Floyd Rose 1500 Series double-locking tremolo system and Grover sealed tuning machines. A pair of active humbucking pickups are installed, with a Fishman Fluence Modern (Alnico Magnet) Humbucker in the neck and a Fishman Fluence Modern (Alnico Magnet) Humbucker in the bridge. These are wired to a 3-way blade switch, master volume and master tone. The Multi-Ply neck plays exceptionally well, with the Ultra Thin 'C' profile feeling slender and easily manoeuvrable in the hand, perfectly suited to the more technical player. The Satin finish to the rear, along with the strip of Padauk is pleasant to the touch, and makes for smooth and speedy navigation of the 25.5" scale. The Ebony fingerboard is luxurious under the fingers, and with the 12"-16" radius offers a playing experience that is tailored to the needs of the musician in all registers. The X Jumbo frets provide a rock-solid playing surface whilst also assisting with string bending and vibrato techniques. The pair of active humbucking pickups installed in this guitar deliver huge crushing tones whilst remaining extremely articulate and precise. The neck pickup is round and powerful, producing rich and crystalline clean tones and saturated distortions that are perfect for pushing your solos to the front of the mix. The bridge pickup is nice and bright, and with its high output delivers a searing distortion tone that is well suited to rock and metal rhythm parts. Very light marking is present to the treble side tip of the headstock, this can only be seen under close scrutiny. All other aspects of the headstock display light signs of past use. Neck: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use. Body: Overall very good condition. Light indentations are present to the lower bout rear face of the body, these can be seen under close scrutiny. Light scratching can be seen to the front face most noticeably around the master volume control, these can be seen under direct light as is common with high gloss finishes. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
