Here for sale we have a Squier Vintage Modified Jazzmaster Electric Guitar from 2013 in Olympic White. Made in Indonesia, this guitar features a Basswood body, a Maple neck, a 21-fret Rosewood fingerboard, Gotoh locking tuners, and two Monty's Guitar retrowind p90s that are wired to a Master Volume, Master tone, a 3-way switch and a rhythm circuit. The Basswood body keeps the classic offset contour loved by many indie and shoegaze players. The Maple neck with its modern ‘C’ profile feels familiar and comfortable to play on, its 21 medium jumbo frets along with the 9.5” radius keep things feeling easy and playable. The pair of Monty's retrowind p90's give this Jazzmaster a vintage yet punchy voice, offering plenty of articulation, their medium output pairing as well with clean amps as they do with dynamic and throaty overdrive. In addition to the conventional 3-way switch, master volume and tone Squier keep things feeling traditional with the rhythm circuit - a separate volume and tone circuit on the neck pickup, actuated with a two-way switch and using roller pots that let you dial in a thick and warm tone that you can set and forget. This tone pairs exceptionally well with bright fuzz pedals, as well as taming the harshness of octave pedals, overall offering brilliant sonic versatility famously utilised by experimental players time and time again. Our ID: 118042593660 Weight: 7.7lbs Serial: ICS13038120 Aesthetic Condition: Headstock: Overall very good condition, the top edge demonstrates light indentation and scuffing, with some paint transfer we have been unable to remove through regular cleaning. Moderate indentation piercing the finish is apparent to the treble side front and rear edges. Neck: Overall very good condition, the rear of the neck demonstrates consistent light indentation in the early register which can be slightly felt under the thumb in playing position. Body: Overall very good condition, the bass side of the neck pocket demonstrates a very small finish crack, as is common with bolt on necks. This does not affect the structural stability of the instrument. All aspects of the body demonstrate light indentation infrequently across the faces, visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. The rear face demonstrates light buckle rash that does not pierce the finish. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining. Current Set Up: Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included. Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of wear. The tuners have been replaced for Gotoh locking tuners. The saddles have been replaced with Graphtech String Saver saddles. Originals not included. Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
