Here for sale we have a Wampler Tumnus V2 Drive Pedal. Wampler are a highly regarded brand amongst those initiated in the world of boutique pedals and effects. Wampler is the brainchild of Brian Wampler, who has spent the last 20+ years modifying, tweaking and eventually producing his own pedal designs, in addition to running pedal design and modification courses. This Tumnus V2 is a mini pedal, whose circuit is based on the famous Klon Centaur which has rocketed in value due to its reputation for great drive sounds as well as its rarity. The Tumnus shares the same three controls: Gain, Treble & Volume (called 'Output' on the original). The tone is rich and warm, working well as a standalone drive for a beautifully vintage-inspired sound. It can also be stacked with other drives or distortions for a heavier sound, or even used as a clean boost if the gain is set low and the volume high. This mini version makes these fantastic tones accessible to the guitarist with limited pedal board space.
