Yamaha Pacifica PAC-112J Lake Placid Blue 2010 Electric

Here for sale we have a Yamaha Pacifica PAC-112J in Lake Placid Blue finish. Made in Indonesia in 2010, this instrument features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder body, Maple neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Chrome hardware is fitted including a 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo and sealed tuning machines. The Yamaha pickups are installed in an HSS configuration, and are wired to a 5-way blade switch with master volume and tone controls. The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with a profile that might be described as a 'C' shape allowing for easy fretting in any register and providing ergonomic thumb positioning up and down the neck. The Satin finish to the rear is pleasant to the touch and assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale, with generous cutaways enhancing access to the upper register. The Rosewood fingerboard feels smooth and durable under the fingers, and with its 13.75” radius is practical for a wide range of styles and techniques. The pickups in this guitar offer a great versatile sound, they produce a mixture of sparkling sounds with a hint of a darker undertones, whilst retaining clarity with each note. The Yamaha humbucker in the bridge provides a full driving mid range with the best natural harmonic overtones, and a top end that produces a crunchy edge. The Yamaha single-coil in the middle position produces a smooth single coil sound with more output and more mids, providing bright trebles and full warm bass, and lends itself well to rhythm tones. The neck position provides a warm, rounded sound, producing a smooth tone that handles distorted tones as well as it handles clean tones.
