Return policy
At reSound, we connect musicians with quality pre-owned instruments and gear, every item is listed by a verified seller and individually described. While all sales are final, we do accept returns in the rare event that something goes wrong.
Returns We accept returns only if:
- The item arrives damaged during transport, or
- The item is materially not as described in the listing
To qualify for a return:
- You must report the issue within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived
- Returns must be shipped by mail
Return shipping costs
If the item is damaged in transit or not as described, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs. For any other reason, returns are at the seller’s discretion and buyers may be responsible for return shipping.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or fit-for-purpose issues.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds Once the returned item is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
How to Request a Return
- Contact the Seller via reSound within 14 days of delivery, include clear photos and a description of the issue.
- Wait for Approval, once confirmed, the seller will provide return instructions.
- Return the Item, post the item back, using a tracked method.
- Refund Issued, upon safe return and inspection.
If the seller is unresponsive or the issue is unresolved, contact the reSound support team for assistance.
Important Notes
Always review the seller's delivery and return policy before making a purchase.
Modifying an item or shipping it to a different address after receiving it will void reSound Buyer Protection.
Buyer Protection only applies to items reported within 14 days of delivery.
