Made in Mexico in 2021, this 14th fret bound guitar features a Layered Rosewood body with a Sitka Spruce top, Mahogany neck, and 20 fret Ebony fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Nickel Taylor machine heads with a Nubone nut and saddle, whilst the bridge is made from Micarta. The Satin finished Soft V shaped neck profile fits well in the hand offering the player an incredibly comfortable grip and effortless surface to glide along the 20 fret register. The luxurious Ebony fingerboard and 14" radius enhances the guitar's playability as the wood underneath the tips of the fingers provides a smooth fretting feeling perfect for accurate single note lines and chordal playing all the same. Acoustically the guitar produces a full-bodied dynamic sound that presents each note with clarity. The Sitka Spruce top delivers an articulate and crisp tone that resonates excellently and adds a sparkle to each note. The Layered Rosewood body and Mahogany neck however provides the player with a darker sound that keeps the guitar sonically balanced and delivers a bold voicing from the mini sized body, making this guitar perfect for the travelling singer​/​songwriter. Neck: Overall excellent condition, the rear of the neck demonstrates buffing of the satin finish to a gloss. The fingerboard displays very light scratching across the register, this is most noticeable to the 2nd and 5th frets, these can not be felt under the fingers and can only be seen under close scrutiny. Body: Overall excellent condition, Very light indentations which are difficult to discern against the grain of the wood can be seen to the body, the most noticeable can be seen under close scrutiny to the bass side edge of the shoulder. The satin finish to the bass side edge near the waist has been lightly polished to a gloss appearance, this is common with regular use satin finishes. Condition of Frets: The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
